Service-Based Business
As a service-based company providing aerial drone inspections, surveillance, and maintenance assessments, we offer custom work that begins upon booking. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are typically not provided once service has been rendered.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Service Issues or Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 3 business days of the service. We will review your case and may offer a partial refund or reservice at our discretion.
No-Show Policy
If a customer is not present or does not provide access to the location at the scheduled time, and no prior notice was given, the appointment is considered a no-show and non-refundable.
Weather or Safety Concerns
We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule services due to unsafe flying conditions, including bad weather or restricted airspace. In such cases, we will reschedule at no extra cost or offer a refund if rescheduling is not possible.
